Plurpet Terms of Service

1. Services Overview
Plurpet provides professional web design, development, and hosting services to clients. These terms govern all work performed by Plurpet for the Client.
2. Project Terms
2.1 Development Costs
- Initial development costs vary by project complexity and requirements
- Development costs will be clearly outlined in project proposal
- Custom pricing based on specific project needs and features
- Development costs are separate from ongoing hosting fees
2.2 Project Timeline
- Initial consultation and requirements gathering
- Design mockup presentation within 14 business days
- Two rounds of revisions included
- Development completion according to agreed project timeline
- Final review and launch
2.3 Multiple Projects
Clients with multiple active projects must:
- Maintain current payment status on all projects
- Pay annual hosting fees for each active project
- Manage separate project timelines and milestones
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Project Fees
- £25 – £50 upfront deposit required
- Development costs billed according to project proposal
3.2 Hosting and Maintenance
- Annual hosting fee: £135 per project
- Hosting fees due at project launch and renewed annually
- Multiple project discount: 10% off hosting for 3+ sites
- 30-day notice required for hosting cancellation
3.3 Referral Program
Clients who refer new clients to Plurpet may receive a reward:
- £25 cash reward if a referral results in a new paid client for Plurpet.
- The person referred will receive a discount on their project, settled based on project scope.
- The referral reward is only paid after the referred client has signed a contract and made their first full payment.
- If the referrer has an active project, the reward may be applied as a £25 discount instead of cash, but only if the invoice has not yet been paid.
- Referral rewards are subject to approval and may be withheld if fraudulent or bad-faith referrals are suspected.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a client can make.
3.4 Payment Issues
- Failed payments must be resolved within 5 business days
- Second payment attempt will be made after 48 hours
- Projects/hosting suspended for unresolved payment issues after 7 days
- £25 reactivation fee applies after suspension
- Repeated payment failures may result in service termination

4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Content and Materials
- Provide all required content within agreed timeline
- Ensure ownership/rights to all provided materials
- Review and approve deliverables within 5 business days
4.2 Communication
- Designate primary point of contact
- Respond to queries within 2 business days
- Provide feedback in clear, actionable format
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
- Client owns final deliverables upon full payment
- Plurpet retains rights to custom code and components
- Plurpet may include project in portfolio
6. Termination
6.1 Project Termination
- 30-day written notice required
- Client pays for all completed work
- No refunds for development costs after project initiation
6.2 Hosting Termination
- 30-day notice required
- No refunds for partial years
- Client responsible for securing alternate hosting
8. Changes to Terms
Plurpet reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to active clients.
